Business Listings: Companies providing wedding related services doing business in the Philadelphia region are invited to submit their company information to our wedding vendor directory. Information submitted to our web site will be examined for suitability and may be edited at our discretion. There is no guarantee that a company will be listed and listings may be removed at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.
By submitting information through our web site you grant WedInPhilly.com a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to any material transmitted. Any such material may be used by WedInPhilly.com for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting.

Termination: You agree and acknowledge that WedInPhilly.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your Membership (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content including, but not limited to, any and all information, communications, postings, image files or any other content within the Site, at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Further, you agree that WedInPhilly.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
Choice of Law: The state and federal courts of Pennsylvania shall be the exclusive forum and venue to resolve any and all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue by the state and federal courts of the State of Pennsylvania.
Modification of Terms: You agree that WedInPhilly.com reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate the Service or any part of the Service. Any amendments or modifications made by WedInPhilly.com shall be prospective only.
